Performance is a team sport.

Who is on your team?

Family, teachers, coaches, managers and more. At PR Labs. we are part of your team.

Our virtual practitioners offer sessions in-person and online, which offers more flexibility around your time and schedule. These practitioners are part of our PR Labs team. Each of these practitioners has been vetted by us as tops in their field, which is why we have chosen to work alongside them and refer you, our clients, to them.

Christine has been in the nutrition field since 2014. Christine has a Masters In Nutrition Education. Working as a registered dietitian (RD) in inpatient, rehabilitation, and for the last seven years, one-on-one personal nutrition counseling. Her approach is rooted in behavior change, taking one gradual step at a time, and her philosophy has to do with a balanced and proactive approach to nutrition

I also work with those who desire to improve their relationship with food, whether it be by healing from an eating disorder, moving past disordered eating habits, or feeling comfortable properly fueling their body. I look forward to connecting and working with my community to support their health goals through evidenced-based nutrition practices.
