PRACTITIONERS
At PR Labs, we’ve built a community of independent sports medicine and performance professionals, all working together under one roof. Each practitioner here runs their own business — managing their own schedules, services, and care approach — but we share a common goal: supporting your health, recovery, and performance.
This model allows every provider to offer truly personalized attention, while also giving you the benefit of a collaborative, team-centered environment. When you come to PR Labs, you’re not just meeting with one provider — you’re gaining access to a network of professionals who learn from one another and work together to help you thrive.
Coach Jena Lee
Coach Jena Lee offers both one-on-one and small group coaching. She works with women who are navigating strength training pre and/or post-partum women preparing for (or currently facing) the life transitions that come with perimenopause and menopause. She also works with anyone who is navigating strength training or recovering from an injury/surgery or chronic pain.
Mitch Hash - The Art of Opening
Mitch has taken a unique approach that blends strength training, corrective exercise, mobility work, and Qi-Gong principles to help you move better and feel amazing.
We focus on you—pinpointing imbalances, releasing tension, and building strength where it’s needed most. No cookie-cutter plans here. By improving alignment, muscle balance, and flexibility, we create a personalized path to get you exactly where you want to go.
