Our new personal trainer, Jessica Snapp, of Snapp Performance has announced the dates for her next foundations barbell class. The class will take place in the new PR Labs Gym space.

Foundations Barbell Class
What:    A 6-week, 55-minute small group class, meeting once per week to focus on learning basic barbell lifts. Expect to lift weights, but to also spend ⅓ of the time learning mechanics and positioning.

Who:    Anyone looking to learn how to execute lifts with a barbell. (Each class can accommodate 3 beginner-level lifters.)

Why:    To build the confidence needed to enter into any gym anywhere and know what to do andwhat weights to load on a barbell in a squat rack.

When:    Wednesdays at 5:00PM to 6:00PM starting January 12 – March 2nd, 2022
Cost:  $260 per person, to be paid in-full before beginning of sessions (Venmo preferred form of payment, accepts check or Square)
This is an inclusive price, no other fees or memberships are required. Restricted to 3-people for quality coaching time.
