As a Canadian transplant who graduated from Boulder Massage Therapy Institute, with a concentration in pain management and deep tissue techniques-Kim has developed a passion for helping others live a pain-free and holistic centered lifestyle.
She loves to combine an integrative approach for managing pain and chronic tension patterns, by using a combination of trigger point techniques, deep tissue, and myofascial work. She is passionate about daily movement, and always makes time for trail running, weight training, playing soccer, yoga or paddle boarding-whenever she can! This love of movement, combined with attention to fostering community, has led her to find her place alongside Boulder’s, and surrounding areas, hard-charging and high-achieving athletic individuals. She wants her clients to be involved with their maintenance/recovery practices, and loves to engage with them on and off the table.
Kim’s cold/hot beverages of choice are an ice-cold ‘ranch water’ or coffee packed with adaptogens/mushrooms/and coconut cream. On summer Sundays, you can find her and her daughter hiking somewhere next to the St Vrain and taking plenty of cold plunges along the way, or finding a beautiful reservoir to get onto with the SUP. In the winter-they are regulars at Eldora and their ‘secret snowshoeing spots’ throughout Colorado’s national forests.
