Join PR Labs on July 26th as we partner with friend of the family, Jessie Matthews, who will lead us through breathwork and meditation exercises to help aid in digestion followed by a presentation by our own Christine Steerman, RD, for “Summer Bounty to Sports Recovery”- where she’ll demonstrate how to make a summer grain salad. This nutrient-dense salad it can be made ahead of time for the week, incorporates in-season produce, and is balanced to support performance and recovery with carbohydrates from our whole grains, antioxidants from our seasonal produce (market or your own garden), and healthy fats.
